Not long ago, life threw me a curveball. After a routine COVID shot, my immune system short-circuited and I was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), a rare neurological disorder that messes with your nerves like a bad WiFi signal: glitchy, slow, and wildly unpredictable.

CIDP meant a new reality, filled with doctor visits, physical limitations, and a whole lot of adjusting. But instead of letting it define me, I decided to redirect that energy into something meaningful. Enter: Virginia Beach T-Shirt Company.

Designing tees gave me a creative outlet that worked with my body’s new rhythm. It’s something I can do from home, at my own pace, with bursts of color and humor that reflect the life I still fully intend to enjoy. This brand is my way of turning a tough diagnosis into something playful, personal, and full of good vibes.
