QuickBooks information remains subject to Intuit's applicable privacy and security practices when processed within Intuit's services.

VBTeeCo does not sell personal information obtained through the Application.

Information may be transferred to QuickBooks Online to perform authorized accounting functions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect legitimate business interests.

5. Data Storage and Security

The Application is intended for use by authorized VBTeeCo personnel on business-controlled systems.

Application settings, transaction records, and connection information may be stored locally as needed for operation. VBTeeCo seeks to limit unauthorized access through appropriate device, account, and credential controls.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, accounting, recordkeeping, troubleshooting, or applicable legal requirements.

Records stored in QuickBooks Online are managed through the applicable QuickBooks account and its retention capabilities.

7. Access, Correction, and Deletion

Requests concerning personal information processed by VBTeeCo may be submitted using the contact information on our website.

Requests will be reviewed subject to applicable law and legitimate business recordkeeping obligations.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc. Intuit's separate privacy terms apply to information processed by Intuit.
