VBTeeCo Business Manager — End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: October 25, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of VBTeeCo Business Manager (“Application”), an internal business software tool operated by Virginia Beach T-Shirt Company (“VBTeeCo,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Purpose and Authorized Use

The Application is intended for VBTeeCo's internal business operations, including preparing and transferring estimates, invoices, customer information, and related transaction data between business spreadsheets and QuickBooks Online.

The Application is not offered for public download, resale, or use by unrelated third parties.

2. License

VBTeeCo authorizes use of the Application solely for legitimate internal business purposes. The Application and its associated configurations may not be sold, sublicensed, or distributed to unauthorized parties.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online using authorization granted through Intuit's authentication process.

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing customer records, transaction amounts, sales-tax treatment, and accounting classifications before submitting transactions.

VBTeeCo may revoke the Application's QuickBooks access through the applicable Intuit account settings.

4. Data Accuracy

The Application is an administrative tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Users remain responsible for verifying imported information, estimates, invoices, discounts, taxes, and other financial records.

5. Security and Access

Access to the Application and connected accounting systems is restricted to authorized users. Credentials and authorization tokens must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.

6. Availability and Modifications

The Application is provided for internal operational use and may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued as business requirements change. Continuous availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

VBTeeCo is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use, inaccurate source information, or failure to review transactions before submission, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-Party Services

QuickBooks and Intuit are products and services of Intuit Inc. VBTeeCo Business Manager is an independent internal application and is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit.

Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's applicable terms.

9. Changes to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated to reflect changes in the Application, applicable law, or business practices. Updates will be published on this page.
